Case Study: Citibank Manager’s Christmas Party

Scenario: Citibank, a major international consumer bank, hosts its branch manager’s family Christmas Party. The party’s purpose is to enjoy the holiday season and allows manager’s families to interact and share the Spirit of Christmas.

Goal: To selected a banquet facility to accommodate 300 executive managers and provide family-friendly holiday entertainment.

Conclusion: Citibank hosted its Christmas banquet at the Chicago Museum of Science and Industry. The committee hired Dale Obrochta to entertain families with is comedic balloon entertainment. “Dale’s detailed balloon worked, “wowed” our managers, and his comedy made it easy for families to interact with each other,” Citibank Holiday Committee.

Dale entertained Citibank managers for seven years until Citibank discounted the event.
